Need Bar is Full, But Still Red.

So, even after taking a bath or using the toilet, the Hygiene and Bladder bars, on occasion, remain red, albeit full. It would be a mere aesthetic problem if it weren't for the fact that the bad moodlets remain. You can take three baths or relieve yourself many times and nothing changes.

I've tried without mods. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, I have to restart the game to go away.

Did you try if happens on a fresh save with no mods for testing purposes ?

Does this happen every time you load that certain saved game? Is for a certain sim, family, or a saved game? Have you tried to reset them? Push Control C then type in testingcheats true. Right click on one of your sims and push enable need decay. Is this problem interfering with your game play? Is the red bar the only thing that is effected during your game?

Yes to all, except it happens to sims randomly and only travelling fixes it.
