Nanny Probs

The mother in my household recently gave birth to quadruplets. I hired a nanny onsite because both parents have work, the mother is a maid, the father is a comedian. The nanny doesn't do anything, all he does is spray in the empty bedrooms I built for when they become children. The mother comes home exhausted and finds the diapers dirty and the children hungry. She ends up having to do all of the work. I watched one time while both were at work to confirm, he just sprays, and I fired him and attempted to hire a new nanny, but I got the same one on my lot. Help!
