SON HAD TO CREATE NEW ORGIN ACCOUNT BECAUSE HIS ORIGINAL ONE GOT MESSED UP AND NOW PRODUCT CODE SAYS ALREADY USED.  HE'S CRYING CAUSE HE SPENT OWN MONEY FOR GAME AND NOW CAN'T PLAY IT!!!  PLEASE HELP HIS STRESSED OUT MOM!!!

In order to access a game that has already been registered, he will need to be logged into the account that the game has been registered to. If he's unable to access his old account, then he (or you) will need to contact EA Support to try and regain access to the account.
