Hello, I recently contacted EA support in regard to my Sims 3 game. I cannot get my game to show up in my Ea games library when I put my disc in it tries to make me install origin, upon installing origin it does not work since origin is no longer supported and it takes me to the EA app instead where my sims 3 game still won't appear in my library I have tried entering my sims 3 product code in the EA app library in the redeem code section but they say they have been used already which they have by me in the past. Is there a way for me to get new product codes so I can my play my sims 3 game I have all my codes and corresponding disc as well. So, is there any way for me to get new product keys? I just would like to play my sims 3 that was gifted to me it was there and worked in the past on Origin before the move to the EA app.

@lookeedee If you sign into the EA App with the same email address and password you used to originally register your disc, you should see the content in your game library.
If you can't find that old account, contact EA customer support and ask for help. Take a photo showing your disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable). You can upload the photo when you submit the help request. I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
