My walls dissapear

i have a question everytime i place a wall while in build mode no matter what i do my walls dissapear i dont know why the first time i played the game my walls was up no problem but then later on about 2 3 days when i build or place a wall it dissapers everytime my sims save perfect but im having a problem with my walls dissapearing please help i need some opinions on hw to fix this problem.

Are you using any mods in your game ?

Does the same happen if you start a new game for testing purposes ?
