My swatches in CAS arnt clickable?

Recently swatches in my games and certain objects arnt clickable, for instance i cant drag food to the fridge anymore or change clothing colors. I do have CC and the UI cheats, and mcccc.

Some outdated mod or outdated CC is caused it. Move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and fix game in Origin.
Turn on the game to create new mods folder. Copy and paste your mods and CC in this new mods folder to find the culprit
Check every script mod in game one by one. .
If you have a lot of CC try 50/50 method

Okay so i did what you said and i removed all my mods and even with no mods or cc swatches still dont work?
