My sims won't take care of their toddler

@gothguacamole This has been an issue for months. I believe it started with the June patch for EL.

Happens with blocks, potty, dollhouses, sometimes reading... I haven't had it with the bath, and the high chair has never been very reliable, so Idk that that's new. They'll start to do the action, walk away. The toddlers can't ask for help and the adults/teens (or kids in the case of blocks) have no option to offer it.

@crinrict Might I suggest you alter the thread subject? Because it simply states that sims aren't taking care of their toddlers and specifically references in the bug report issues other than the bath and high chair, so you're likely to see more people commiserating with those unrelated issues.

@JulietJuly22 The opening post mentioned the other things as well. This thread is still in troubleshooting mode but OP has never come back. The OP would need to change the description him/herself.

Haven't personally been able to duplicate it so not sure what's going on even on the users save so I haven't tagged this thread yet at all.

I've been seeing issues with taking putting a toddler to bed, high chair/feeding, and a lot of things - the parent sims (young adults) aren't listening when i tell them to do things and they just stand there for a while, and the kid has almost gotten taken away multiple times. I don't use mods. Has there been a fix found? Thanks!
