My sims won't go to work!! (Cats & Dogs Installed)

So, I've had a problem persist for a while now. My sim has a dog and whenever she needs to go to work, she just doesn't. The action doesn't even pop up. Although, it works when I send her to another lot but the tab that shows the entire household says that she is at work but in the actual game, she is at home and is fully interactive (This is helpful but it's really annoying now because it bugged out and now she is eternally at work according to the tab). Also, the repair option doesn't show up when I right click the sims 4 tile. Please help! Is this a fixable glitch or is it something an update can fix?

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

Did you find out what mod it was? Im having the same bug.
