My sims game packs arent showing in my game

i have the game packs, seasons, city living and parent hood. But they arent showing in my game. The world for city living wont show its acting like i havent got the game pack. all the content from the game packs wont show either

This is likely a problem with Origins cache. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

Also repair the game. Rightclick the game in Origin and select Repair.
