My sims and most of her household items have disappeared.

A few days ago, I launched my sims and noticed that in the select a household option, my sim was missing from her picture bubble. When I selected the household and the screen loaded, I realized she was pretty much invisible, along with most of her household items missing. The walls of her entire house are bare, items have been substituted almost as if I were missing expansion packs. However, when I go to Build/Buy, all the expansions are there. I don't know why this happened. Some pool tile even has question marks instead of the actual tile.Please help.

Could you try if repairing the game works ?

1. Close the game

2. Right-Click on the game in Origin

3. Hit Repair game.
