My sims 4 wont start up and comes up with 85262c58:29f00e76:00000000:00000000

I have just gone a got loads of cc and have went to start sims 4 and is has not worked it has come up with error 85262c58:29f00e76:00000000:00000000. I have looked at lots of YouTube videos and all of the comments say that is has worked yet it has not worked for me. I did download a program telling me which mods are corrupt and I have deleted them. I tried starting Sims again but it still hasn't worked. I then deleted all of my cc and mods completely yet it still will not work! Is my sims broken or can i still fix it?

@Cat10987654321  Please move your entire Sims 4 user data folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to this folder yet; just see whether you can start a new save and play for a bit.  Let me know either way.

If you still get an error, please repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help either, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
