My sims 4 runs really slow in my pc. It either says not responding or it freezes

I’m looking for solutions for this issue. It really makes the game a lot less fun when you have to constantly wait for it to load up.

@Azarayahh  Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.  It will provide information on a lot of potential issues all at once.
