My sims 4 expansion packs are lost

I went onto my sims 4 game and when I tried to load my game it said some features have been removed that could impact my gameplay, I then realized that my expansion packs and stuff packs that I have previously purchased are gone. Please help

Hi @tanjacu - Please sign into your account at Ea.com, and look at your Order History. Do you see your pack purchase history (filter by All Status and All Dates)? https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/orderhistory/index

Make sure you're signed into Origin on the same account. Let us know what your Order History says
