My sims 4 doesn't save after dec update

My sims 4 keeps breaking, it's taking really long to load, and when trying to save my game it gets stuck and then resets itself with out saving anything. I already deleted mods and unable the option in game options.

@moriahisamazing-  How large are your save files?  They're in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves.  Please sort by modified date and make sure the files are showing in detail mode, so the dates and sizes show up, then take a screenshot and attach it to a post.
