My sim and her portrait are missing after moving in

The sim was fine while I made her in CAS, but when I moved her into a house, she was gone, and there was no portrait. Parts of the UI that give sim information are all missing, there is only the aspiration button in the bottom right corner. I could not click on any items in the house to get the sim to interact with them, or even click on the ground to get her to walk somewhere. I did not use any CC while making my sim. What should I do to fix this?

Please remove all Mods and CC then try the game again.
