My saved family got deleted?

I saved two sims to my library.I have a total of 10 sims saved there.Is it possible that a new sim was saved over the two sims that I lost?Could I,in anyway,get them back???

Could you check how many files you have in this folder on your computer: documents\electronicarts\thesims4casdemo\tray

Did you import that saved family to make the new one ?
