My sIms wont age up

My sims in sims3 wont age up. Aging is on, but it frozen and wont budget.

go to the options and set back to default on the aging tab. happened to me too and setting the default aging fixed it

I tried this but my sims only aged properly for a short period of time. I'm dealing with the same issue all over again.
