My right click on sims doesn't want to work.

I have just recently downloaded some CC's and I loaded the game. When I got into the game, right clicking on anything and sims didn't want to work. However, outside of the game on my laptop on any other thing, the right click worked perfectly fine. I tried repairing the game however it also doesn't let me right click anything in origin. I could only left click. I restarted my computer as well and i can't figure out what is going on.

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
