I just downloaded the sims. I try to click play, my mouse gives me the loading thing, a blank white screen pops up, then closes. I've tried launching many times and this happens every time. What do I do?

@Caramello_Games Your graphics driver is crashing over and over and taking Sims 4 down with it. Since the driver is older—quite old, in fact—you can simply install the newest one from Nvidia:
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/176267/en-us
Run it as an admin: right-click on the download and select "Run as administrator." Choose the custom route and check the box to perform a clean install. Restart your computer when you're done.
You'll also get better performance overall if you plug the monitor into the graphics card rather than the motherboard. I like to borrow this diagram from someone else:

@Caramello_Games Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also let me know what antivirus you use.
