My game wont load

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Origin, rebooting my computer and my Sims 4 still wont play. It's all gray and quite frankly im beyond annoyed right now. Please fix this issue ASAP!!! it's too soon after the release date for so much nonsense to be happening to my game. If not I'd like some form of compensation for this ridiculousness.
