My game stopped working

I just recently bought the Sims4 and it has been working fine until about two days ago. For some reason everytime I try to play it will crash at the loading screen. Then a message comes up that says,"The Sims 4 has stopped working. Looking for a solution to the problem." I've tried restarting my computer and even reinstalling the game but nothing seems to be working!

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
