My game keeps freezing

Hi, yesterday I bought a new expansion pack and my game keeps freezing and unfreezing every few seconds since then. Everything was running fine before. I have tried repairing it, I deleted my localthumbcache.package, I deleted my Mods and Tray, put my game on low settings and even uninstalled it, but nothing helped.

@TamiRafajova  Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to the folder yet; just see how a new save runs.

If the new save lags too, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
