Hi!
I’ve tried everything!! My game won’t work! When I open it it’ll launch then just go right to a white screen, when I’m stuck on there screen I have no option the game won’t close and it won’t move past the white screen. This started happening after the legacy update. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled my game reset my computer, updated my computer nothing is changing it...

@MollyBea99 Are you currently running the Legacy Edition, or the standard version of Sims 4?
Please try disabling Origin in-game: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@MollyBea99 Does your computer run Windows or macOS, and where in the process of loading do you see a white screen?
November 2020
It runs on Windows, it will load to the sims and Maxis screen then turn to a small bar and not respond.

@MollyBea99 Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit. Let me know either way.
If you still get the white screen, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
