My game is feezing/crashing faster than usual

Okay so this has started happened just a month ago when I started getting bigger mods. I took most of my mods out but I kept in the most important ones like "mc control center". I scaned a dxdiag file and this is what it says. Can someone please tell me what is wrong.

@User2037   First you have a SFF (small form factor) computer. The chip set video chip only has 64 dedicated video memory. The minimum requirement for this game is 128Mb of dedicated video memory. There may be a video slot available in the motherboard. The problem is the SFF. There may be a non standard 240W power supply which could make upgrading hard which will limit a dedicated video card.

Wait so I am a little bit confused. There is something wrong with the motherbooard? And if so how do I fix it to get it back to how it use to be?
