My game is Freezing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover University, Get Famous, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Dine Out, Spa Day, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Bowling Night, Vintage Glamour, Romantic Garden, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't now.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I am in the middle of playing, my game will freeze and close therefore not saving.
What do you expect to see? Not getting shut out and if I do, Game gets saved.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The game will also not let me use Custom Content and when I try nothing happens.

I do not know what a "ingame computer is". What is it and should I be clicking it? Also, the game won't open now.

@Stephiewefiekins The computer. In the game. Like not your RL computer but the Sims computer.

What error are you getting now ?
