Sorry I know that i'm late to reply, but it may help to delete some of your programs on your computer you don't need.

 

I hope this works for you and anyone else that has this problem.

That really depends on what card you have.

 

Check the site of your cards manufacturer

Hi, Can you please help me I'm having the same problem with my Sims 3. I just got this game and I really don't want to take it back. It lags so much that I can't even play it. I also have Windows 7. I tried deleting my cache files & I also have the CCleaner installed. & It still lags a lot!

I don't have an AMD processor mine is intel Celeron with windows 10 and I am having the same issue with my game lagging
