My gallery won’t show in the Sims 4.

I have a first EA account that has all Sims 4 dlcs and stuff. The second account I’m typing on right now has all my saved sims and homes in its gallery. When I log into my other account and open the gallery in the sims, I search for my second account that has all my sims and houses. Nothing comes up. I had this second account because I couldn’t reset the password to my first one and now I recently was able to. Please help; it’s very frustrating and upsetting because I’ve spent so much time on those saves. Thank you. 🙏🏽

You can not see anything from your other account. You can manually copy the saves and tray folder from one account to the other using copy/paste in Windows.
