Hello, my friend is having some issues, they are unable to change their game language to English, they are stuck with the Czech language which they don't even understand, their brother bought it and all their brother is saying is that "I bought one version" I'm sorry if it's a bit vague, they tried changing it but the only options they have are Czech, Russian, or Polish, not even Slovakian. (the country that they live in and bought it in.)
their origin seems to be in English, TS4 runs fine but it's just that they don't know the language so it's hard to play...

some countries only have that version but that's usually only Poland, Czech and Russia. So, it sounds like wherever they bought it, the bought the wrong language version.
The best thing to do is contact the seller so they can get the version for their language.
I'm unsure though what version they usually sell in Slovakia.
