My female Sim has a beard?

I'm having a bit of an issue when aging up one of my Sims. She's a girl child and when she blows out the birthday cake candles, she ages up to a female teen but she has a big beard?? Is anyone else having this issue? Do any of you know any fixes?

Have you tried resetting the sims/going into CAS to remove the facial hair?
