My expansion packs no longer work?

My original sims game works but all my other expansion packs on origin no longer work. I tried uninstalling them and reinstalling and repairing my game but nothing works. I have removed the custom content and mods and nothing is working help.

in the launcher expansion and stuff pack are they ticked in  (not install) just tick in each pack you own then launch and play
