My download won't go past 92% on the sims!!! Help me !!!

I have been playing the Sims 4 for a few months now. I had a ton of stuff on their. Then it deleted all my saved data. Plus, I had to restart my computer and then I re- downloaded The Sims 4 well my download won't go past 92% and I have tried deleting origin and then re- downloading it. Nothing works!!!!!    PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!!  The Sims was a big art of my life. I just want the download to finish please just tell me how to do that.

Try cleaning the cache files:
