I just downloaded the sims 4 and at first everything was fine, I could use my cc but then I would download cc and put it into the mods folder and it wouldn't show up. I tryed the cc options and they were on. So I deleted the game and downloaded it again and I'm still having this problem. Now the mods folder won't show up. Yes I've opened the game and played a bit to see if it would show up but it hasn't.
(I have saved my mods folder before I deleted it, if this helps)

Some of your latest CC downloaded recently have to be outdated and no longer compatible with the game.
You could also download CC incomplete - without mesh.
In any case, you downloaded something that spoiled the game seriously if mods folder didn't pop up..
I don't think your old mods folder will help.
Delete once more the game folder or move it to desktop and fix the game in Origin.
Origin/Library - right click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
Turn on the game and check if you will have a new mods folder now.
I don't work for EA

I have tried doing that on multiple times but still wouldn't work. The mods folder won't show up in the game, I just kept my old one. I also tried deleting the cc thing but that was no luck either.
I just have really bad luck in this game

@crazychickskye
Where do you keep this old mods folder? On the desktop?
