I bought a copy of the Sims 3 with Pets packs... and before I could get it set up the parental unit decided the packet with the code was trash and threw it away. I understand taht this is a tricky subject, as I could be a pirate hoping for a free copy of the game...So is there any possible way I could prove my purchase without a reciept (since that was also tossed)?

Don't think so. Make your parental to buy you a knew copy cause it was their fault.

You can try if Customer Support is gracious but without a box or a receipt it's kind of difficult.
