My Sims won't travel

When I hit M, or use the phone to travel somewhere, and I clicked on the dog Park, nothing comes up (travel here) etc
I tried to click on gym, still nothing happens
but when a sim gets invited by another sim it works
and I can take my dog to the vet with no hassle
but traveling manually (hit M or use phone) doesn't work at all

anyone else having this issue?
I tried to repair, nothing 
No mods and no CC

is it only some lots that don't work or all of them ? Can you enter those lots in build mode fine ?

nope I can't get into a lot at all (all of them)
unless I get an invite from a sim to hang out somewhere 
and if my dog needs to go to the vet, I can do that fine (by clicking a dog, and take to the vet clinic)

its just hitting M or use the phone to travel, it won't take me to a lot that a choose, like when I click Dog park, Gym, etc, it won't come up (travel here option) 
I have tried to repair it, but nothing 
I remember it was working before

tried this on your save and while it didn't work once, it did work in most situation.

Going to the map and choose a different lot then back fixed it in the one situation where it didn't work,
