My Sims won’t appear

So in my sims 4 game suddenly my sims would disappear from the house, even when it would say they were there they wearn’t 

I moved all my mods and cc out into a diffirent folder and the problem was still there. Im very confused

If so, it's a known bug. It could use more save files.

Removing mods and CC from the game is not enough.
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder , fix the game in Origin If it will be not help, go back to the older save.

@kreatora I’ve deleted the  localthumbache.package file and fixed the game and it still isnt working. Xd What do you mean by go back to the older save?
