My Sims have disappeared

I installed Discover University and when I went to play, my game loaded fine. When I loaded into my family the Sims weren't there just the spinning diamond thing that's normally above them.

@olioli442  Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-cick on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

@olioli442  Also remove CC and delete the localthumbcache.package in the Sims 4 folder. Make the sims change outfit by shower or CAS or dresser. Have they recently used a rocket?
