@simsss4gamerrr  Is your second hard drive external?  If so, please do not move the Documents directory there.  Windows expects to always have access to Documents, and if you ever unplug the hard drive, Windows could react badly.

 

If you want to move the Sims 4 user data folder, the one that's located in Documents\Electronic Arts, to an external drive, you can do it via symbolic link.  It's still better overall to leave that folder on your internal drive, as mentioned, but if necessary, you can follow these steps to move the user data folder and tell the game where to find it:
