My Sims app is gone

My sims 4 app and my cats and dogs expansion pack have both disappeared from my ea app which is what i was playing them through. What do I do? How do I get them back? Please help.

@aj0cean  For now, install Origin again and use that instead.  And make sure you've been signing into the same account on your EA App as you used in Origin.

Longer-term, you may need to contact EA customer support to get this sorted out.
