My Sims Are Pitch Black

I’m still experiencing this even when I take my mods out and repair the game my sims are still pitch black.

Did u find a fix cause the accepted solution doesn’t work. Here’s a link to someone with the same problem I think I’m gonna try doing what they did.

by mods do you mean custom content and if so how do I delete it and get it back???

i just figured this out for myself. all i had to do was turn off laptop mode. it was a simple solution really
