So I'm on Windows 10 and I opened up my Sims 4 right after I downloaded the new stuff pack and it told me that the system requirements didn't match. So I looked at the browser page and it said that I had a macOS Lion (10.7) when I'm on Windows 10. And every time I try to play my game or go to CAS it keeps crashing. Btw I only have the Base Game the Christmas stuff pack and the new free pack. I have a couple mods but none that ever damaged my PC. (BTW I'm not the techiest person in the world so pls help)

@Superstar27 Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also post a screenshot of the error you're seeing.

I'll try that tommorow thanks for giving me a possible solution 🥰

@Superstar27 I just want to clarify that this isn't an actual solution, it's about gathering information. Between the system info in the dxdiag and the text of the error message, hopefully it'll be clear why you're seeing this particular issue.

So I just ran thevdxdiag and saved the file what do I do next? I don't really wanna share it on the internet since it might contain personal info

That's one of the error message

@Superstar27 A dxdiag doesn't contain any personal info; that's why we ask that people post it here, as opposed to an msinfo report or something else more revealing. If you'd like, I can let you know when I've read the file, then you can edit your post to remove the dxdiag again. But I can't really help without the file.
If you're seeing other errors in addition to the one in your screenshot, I'd like to see those as well.
