My Sims 4 game isn't working

I've haven't played my Sims game since March 5th and i wanted to get some custom content. So, i did and went to go play my game, but it was updating. I waited and went to go play it. The game keeps freezing at the Sims 4 logo. I tried deleting custom content, uninstalling Origin then re-installing and i even uninstalled the game. Nothing worked and im really getting frustrated. Please i need help i don't know what to do.
