My Sims 4 game is slow

Hello !

I have the Sims 4 and all of the EP/GP/SP on. 

Since may 15th, my game didn't start. I just sorted my cc and script mods to made it run. My game started 3 days later but since, this is really slow and laggy.

I moved all of my cc. Repaired, unistalled and reinstalled the game. Lowered my game's graphics. But still, it is slow.

Is it something possible to do? I can't change my computer for now.

I have my dxdiag done today in the joined files.

You might also run each of the four vcredist files found in your game folder and then choose the Repair option when given that choice.

You do not have enough free space on your C: drive. Uninstall things you don't need and Use disk cleanup. You should also consider moving your Documents folder to the D:drive.
