My Sims 4 Crashes when I launch it

Hello,

When going to try and play Sims 4 today It crashed this has been a problem for a while and it started with horrible lag to loading screens being longer then to Not being able to load households and then I could not even go into free build mode and now it just crashes I tried everything and I don't know what to do at this point.

are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ? A lot of mods are outdated and need updating.

If not, could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
