My Sims 4 CC wont work!

 My sims 4 cc wont work and ive tried a number of ways to try to fix it. I repaired it, updated it, restarted my computer, uninstalled & reinstalled it and i don't know how to fix this.

and yes in the game it has the custom content switch on.

the list of cc wont show up at the start of the game and everything is unzipped. it just stopped working all together one day.

please help me

If it doesn't show and is enabled and not in a compressed format then it is not placed in the correct folder. So look for another mods folder likely on Onedrive.
