My Sims 3 Store Content will not show up in my game but says it is installed.

I have tried everything that I have seen in the forums here but nothing is working.  I have the latest patch and the latest update.

Would you mind giving us more details of what you have tried? For example, have you tried to download the content again from the Store, and reinstall it?

Also, have you just installed this content or did it disappear suddenly from the game?

It was a new town that I downloaded. (riverview)

I had had it in my game and then I decided to run it one time without CC to test a new expansion pack that I had bought and from then on all of my CC and store content would not show up in game. I tried to o everything (stated above) but nothing seemed to work.
