My Sims 3 Mods aren’t showing up

Before download the “Mod folder” mod for sims 3, I had been using downloads folder to put sims 3 packs and package files so when I download the mod folder mod I put it in my sims 3 folder and there is a device config file there and I read on another form that is where your mods folder needs to be but for some reason when I open my game to the start up screen it doesn’t show up in downloads and I’m not really sure what to do

@Ailani_W  Please open a File Explorer window, navigate to the Mods folder, open the Packages folder inside, and take a screenshot.  Be sure to include the address bar, above the list of files and folders, as well.

@puzzlezaddict Hello i just figured it out the reason was i didnt have a resource file in my mod folder
