I have recently restarted my computer because I needed to update it. After the updates, I opened Origin, logged in to find that my account had basically been wiped. My purchase of The Sims 3 had completely disappeared- there was no log of me buying it or anything. I re-entered the redeem code but it said: "This has already been used." I currently have no way to get my game back!
Please help!

Hi!
Sims 3 expansions are no longer separate game tiles in Origin client. To see, download and install the expansion, right click the Sims 3 game tile in Origin client and go to 'View Game Details'.
