My Purchasd Games Say I Haven't Purchased Them [ Edited ]

 Okay so I  downloaded The Sims 4 a couple of weeks ago, but 3 days ago I log into Origin and it said I didn't purchase it. I checked my files and it said the only things I downloaded/purchased were the trial and demo. It cost $40. I need help .

But I still have the screenshots from when I played The Sims

@QueenShiiina  Where did you purchase the game? When you purchase the game you do not "own" the game. What you pay for is a license to use the software. This license is in the form of an activation code that should be in the case you bought the game.
