It says I have a message waiting for me in both the launcher and the website but I cannot access it. it gives me the error "OOPS! We are not able to process your request." I have looked and looked for a solution to this but have not found any that work or are worth my time to try either. How can I fix this?

Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser.
If that doesn't help, contact a customer support game advisor so they can take a look at your account
