Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? Basic
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Sims 4
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Search what’s the issue with my game
What happens when the bug occurs? I need my money back
What do you expect to see? My game to work ASAP
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I just ordered the Sims 4 today. I have downloaded origin. Once I go to download Sims 4 it says “insufficient drive space available. either free up 9.50GB of space or select a different location.” I NEED HELP!!
